Hang down yer Dhimmi: Vittorio Arrigoni stops hanging out with terrorists

Vittorio Arrigoni, a 36 year old Italian "aid worker" in Palestine, has been kidnapped by-- Palestinians. And, depending on you sympathies, it gets either worse or better. He's now hanged to death by Palestinians.
The body of an Italian pro-Palestinian activist abducted a few hours earlier by Islamic extremists has been found hanged in a Gaza City house, the Hamas government said today.

[....]

Foreign aid workers in the enclave earlier named the man as Vittorio Arrigoni and said he was an activist with a pro-Palestinian group called the International Solidarity Movement (ISM), who was also working as a journalist and writer.

Claire Berlinkski quotes Arrigoni on the hated Israelis:

"These [Israeli] soldiers, all muscles and stony coldness, are trained to kill a man in less than a second (or less when he's Palestinian), without even batting an eyelid."

Just for fun, how long did the peace-loving Palestinians take to hang this fellow? Not that he's choking with anger that we might wonder. That part is long over now. He might well have been choking with grief over the "big mistake you guys are making. I'm your friend!"

But that's just me being mean. Let's look a little deeper, for the truth rather than for me laughing at a dead dhimmi (this being No Dhimmitude, after all):
"Who benefits? This is the question we must ask first when something like Vik Arrigoni being kidnapped happens. The answer is, Israel; nobody benefits more than Israel."

"So whether they are false-Muslims or agents of Israel, those that have Vik are serving Israel."

All journalists in Gaza, Vittorios friends here and his friends everywhere are asking Hamas to immediately intervene and release Vittiorio who worked hard to help Gaza for a long time.

Arrigoni recently penned two stories for Salem-News.com about Gaza. He has shown the world who he is, now the world needs to show Vik that they are with him.

The comments are pretty funny. Most people are laughing, and the "editor" is having a fit over it, calling them, of all things, Nazis. You can't make it up.

Update:

The pot-smokers in Oregon couldn't think of a conspiracy theory about the Jooos when they posted about their friend being hanged, but never fear, HAMAS has come up with one to save their bacon. I mean, otherwise the pot-smokers at Salem News would look stupid, right? This must be an act of revolutionary solidarity. Otherwise, HAMAS would have just shut up and hoped that no one would notice this story.

Hamas Blames Israel for ISM Activist's Murder in Gaza

by Gavriel Queenann Islamic organizations and terror groups in Gaza rushed to distance themselves from the murder-kidnapping of Italian ISM activist Vottorio Arrigoni.

Islamic terrorist organizations in Gaza decried the murder of Italian ISM activist Vittoria Arrigoni, who was kidnapped on Thursday. Arrigoni was found dead early Friday morning in the Strip.

Among those groups denouncing the murder was none other than Tawhid wal-Jihad, the al-Qaida-linked group who initially claimed responsibility for Arrigoni's kidnapping. Tawhid wal-Jihad said they were holding an Italian national and said they would only release him if their leader, held in Hamas custody, was released.

Hamas security personnel found Arrigoni's body in an abandoned house in Gaza following his abduction by 'militants,' a Hamas official said on Friday.
[....]
Hamas condemned the murder and characterized it as "a shameful act, contrary to the tradition of the Palestinian people."

[....]

Barhoum claimed the kidnapping and murder of Arrigoni was intended to scuttle the next Gaza flotilla, expected to depart next month. Barhoum explained that he believed the murder was meant to dissuade other foreign activists from arriving in the Strip.

In that vein, the Hamas spokesman accused Israel of perpetrating the murder noting Arrigoni had been a vocal opponent of Israel's policies in Gaza, and frequently blogged about 'Israeli crimes against Palestinians' equating Israeli policies to 'Nazi' crimes. Arrigoni had also been arrested twice by Israeli authorities, Barhoum alleged

Maikel Nabil Sanad claims he's first conscientious objector in Egypt, blames Palestinians for conflict, says doesn't want to shoot Israeli defending his state

Maikel Nabil Sanad is perhaps the most unusual Egyptian you've heard of recently. He is 25 years old, a veterinarian, graduate of a university in Asyut, and now officially a conscientious objector to military service in the Egyptian army.

[....]

He claims the military establishment began a propaganda campaign against him. "They accused me of collaboration, of treachery, of working for foreign interests.

OK, so a young Egyptian is a pacifist and turns out even to be a vocal supporter of democracy in Israel. Let's see if there is a pacifist supporter of democracy in so-called Palestine that we can find to match this fellow oh my I think I found one. Who, oh, who could it be? And what does he have to say about the Egyptian pacifist accused of being a spy? I don't know yet. Let's find out together!

I'll be darned. I am SO surprised. It's the same guy who was murdered for by Palestinian terrorists for playing games with Palestinian terrorists. Isn't this incredible. Who would have believed it? Not I. Nor you, I bet.

Worse is better in Syria

Not to take any joy in other people's misery, but I do think we can be pleased with the Syrian government's actions against its citizens recently; and this is so because the Syrian government is so outrageously and obviously criminal in its dealings with its civilians. I say, quoting Lenin in Leftwing Communism: An infantile Disorder, [relying on my memory here. I might be wrong about the source of the quotation.] "The worse the better."

Syria blocking medical treatment for protesters: HRW

(AFP) – 1 day ago

NICOSIA — Syrian security forces in at least two towns prevented medics from reaching wounded protesters when clashes erupted at anti-government demonstrations last week, Human Rights Watch (HRW) said.

The New York based rights group said the "inhumane" and "illegal" blocking of access to medical treatment occurred in the southern town of Daraa, the centre of a wave of protests against President Bashar al-Assad, and Harasta near Damascus.

"Barring people from needed medical care causes grave suffering and perhaps irreparable harm," said Sarah Leah Whitson, HRW's Middle East director.

"To deprive wounded people of critical and perhaps life-saving medical treatment is both inhumane and illegal."

Full story here.

The title line is attributed to Lenin's minor mentor, Nikolai Chernyshevsky, a few words about whom we have here from wikipedia.

Chernyshevsky was a founder of Narodism,Russian populism, and agitated for the revolutionary overthrow of the autocracy and the creation of a socialist society based on the old peasant commune.

Chernyshevsky's ideas were heavily influenced by Alexander Herzen, Vissarion Belinsky, and Ludwig Andreas Feuerbach. He saw class struggle as the means of society's forward movement and advocated for the interests of the working people. In his view, the masses were the chief maker of history. He is reputed to have used the phrase "the worse the better", to indicate that the worse the social conditions became for the poor, the more inclined they would be to launch a revolution.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nikolay_Chernyshevsky

Admittedly there is much to criticise about this "Politics of Confrontation," which is evident in the story above, e.g. refusing wounded civilians medical treatment. It's inhuman. That's the point, though. If we compromise with those who exterminate slowly, as did the eternally evil Adam Czerniaków, the leader of the Warsaw Ghetto Judenrat, then we might find ourselves doling out the sick and timid to the enemy to the point that we are some day confronted with the demand, like Czerniakov was, that we turn over the children to be killed, at which point Czerniakov wrote a self-pitying letter and then shot himself.

There is a lot of good to be said about parliamentary democracy, and I have lived under a few such governments and preferred parliamentary government to most others I've dealt with. But parliament is not real in most places in the world, not the way the game of government is played; and where government is the Enemy of the People, then the narodniki must throw off all pleasant pretences and fight like savages for any hope of Modern democracy at all. No mercy without reciprocity.

It is a crime to compromise with the evil State for the sake of saving a few only to have them killed later. It is a good thing to fight while the Ghetto burns to the ground-- even if everyone dies in the process. It gives hope and determination to those elsewhere who can try to survive, if they can understand the nature of the enemy clearly. Then, when the mask has dropped, the people might fight and win. They won't do that till they realise there is really no hope of compromise coming to anything other than dusty death. So, the worse the better.

I don't want to see anyone getting hurt. What I want is to see an end to this. It will never end, of course, because agon is eternal; but so is the struggle to overcome the worst of it. We fight today so our children have a chance to fight when it comes their turn. If we lose, they die before they have any chance at all to defend themselves. So it is with the Syrians. Some will have to die to make it known to all that some must die to preserve life of the coming generation. Today's youth's parents did nothing, and now the youth of today must die in their stead. Today's youth's Syrian children might be thankful for this sacrifice.

More war. More intense. More death. The worse the better.

A comic book reality

There is a gulf separating sentimentality from grief that too many Westerners do not realise the existence of. I sometimes hear the sentimental going on about suffering in the world all caused by America, and how poor the suffering are and lachrymosa ya ya. I chased one across a parking lot, trying to catch him so I could beat him with a metal chair. A cast iron chair, at that. Lucky for me I couldn't get him. He would have learned the meaning of real pain... though he did learn the meaning of real terror. Ha. I missed him. Lucky me. Real suffering? How's this.

“Liberian mercenaries returning from western Ivory Coast tell the Monitor that they recently fought for both sides in Ivory Coast’s civil war, killing civilians, raping women, and destroying villages as they went.” They were surprisingly cheap. For $1,500 per brute you could get as much violence as you could possibly want. And then you could renege on the deal and get even more brutality out of the enraged mercenary, as he retaliated on whoever was available. Kind of like buy one take one, no interest payments, eat all you want.

Quoted from Richard Fernandez, "The Magic Stone," The Belmont Club. 11 April 2011.

http://pajamasmedia.com/richardfernandez/2011/04/10/the-magic-stone/#more-13998

When I encounter sentimentalists who love feeling other people's pain for moral fun, I lose my good temper. I hate leftards. I hate the cheap smugness and the posing and the sneering. I'd love to go Liberian on them. But, hey, who's tossing around $1,500.00 bucks to make it even sort of worth the while? Nobody I know. Everybody I know knows the leftard sentimentalist isn't worth a cent. The leftist Death Hippie is the certain cause of most of the trouble in Africa and Asia today, but he's still not worth killing just because.

Richard Fernandez gets it right. I've seen it.

Forget chairs. It makes me want to take an axe to Death Hippies.

A propos to not a thing at all.

A letter from Terry Jones

A group of fifteen year old girls had another girl backed into a doorway on the street as they taunted her and berated her because she was wearing blue jeans and blue tennis shoes with white stripes.

The girl was close to tears. No, she was actually crying. I heard a couple of the girls going on about her shoes, and I looked and saw the other girls had white tennis shoes with blue stripes. All the conformists in the group, regardless of their own positions in the pecking order, had a chance to pick on the girl with the reverse colour clothing. For just a moment there was someone other than themselves who was lower, someone they could pick on rather than being the losers they are the rest of the time.

I got a letter from Terry Jones et al. Today the gang of school girls of Left group-think are bitching about the style of the Jones' church shoes. I think I find myself standing with Jones and his own just because the group-think kiddies make me sick. And beyond that, I won't back down anyway, because it is everyone's right to walk in the shoes they choose. Some will bitch, but that's how life is. One breaks out of the pressure group formed to intimidate and humiliate, and one goes on. Bullies and thugs make me sick.

Go, Jones! Burn that Qur'an, and who cares what the thugs say about it!

Since Judge the Koran Day, we have been dealing with hundreds of negative mails and calls a day and many requests from media.

We have now over 400 domestic and international death threats that law enforcement agencies seem to be ignoring, although we were asked to pass them all on, and have done so.

Our tech experts and firewalls have been fighting off massive cyber attacks from every continent. We are winning!

Our insurance is, once again, to be cancelled.

Our own government has condemned us and is considering criminalizing free speech, selling out our Constitution to coddle the OIC and the UN.

But we are not going away. We are not going into hiding. They will have to knock us all off to stop us! We are doing this for our country, for the nations and people of the world, oppressed under the lies and violence of Islam. It means more to us than our lives.

Come and support us in Dearborn, MI, April 22, in front of the largest mosque in America, where we join OOTD of Michigan and protest Sharia and Jihad, the oppression and violence of Islam. This mosque supports Hamas, Hezbullah, and their backers in Iran. We stand with Israel. Bring any signs and flags you like.
